米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防产后出血

目的:探讨米索前列醇联合缩宫素对产后出血的防治作用。方法:选择2009年10月至2010年11月在我院顺产的产妇280例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组在胎儿娩出后给予缩宫素20U静脉滴注;观察组患者在胎儿娩出后给予缩宫素20U静脉滴注,同时给予米索前列醇400μg直肠上药。观察两组产妇的产后出血量。结果:观察组与对照组产妇产后出血量相比差异有显著意义(p<0.05)。结论:米索前列醇联合缩宫素能够有效减少产后出血量和产后出血发生率,值得临床推广。

Misoprostol Combined with Oxytocin in Preventing Postpartum Hemorrhage

Objective:To study the effectiveness of a combination therapy with misoprofil and oxytocin on preventing postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section.Methods: Two-hundred and eighty normal labor delivery women were chosen from October 2009 to November 2010 in our hospital.These were randomly divided into two groups;the observation group and the control group.The cases in the control group were given 20u intravenous drip of oxytocin after delivery,while the cases in observation group were given 20u intravenous drip of oxytocin after delivery,and simultaneously 400ug misoprostol was administered rectally.The volumes of vaginal bleeding in these two groups were observed.Results: The volume of bleeding was significantly lower in the observation group than that in control group(p < 0.05).Conclusion: The combination therapy with misoprofil and oxytocin can effectively reduce the volume of vaginal bleeding and the incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage.
