| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜行保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石的临床疗效。方法胆囊结石患者76例随机分为两组，对照组采用常规腹腔镜胆囊切除术，观察组采用腹腔镜联合胆道镜行保胆取石术。结果患者住院时间、术中出血及术后至排气时间比较，观察组均优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论胆囊结石患者采用腹腔镜联合胆道镜进行保胆取石术治疗可改善患者预后，提高术后生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the cholecystolithiasis removed operation with laparoscope and choledochoscope.Methods Seventy-six patients with cholecystolithiasis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The patients in the control group received the routine laparoscopic cholecystectomy,while patients in the experimental group received the cholecystolithiasis removed operation with laparoscope and choledochoscope.Results Comparing the length of patient stay,intraoperative blood loss,period of postoperative exhaust,we found the therapeutic effecs of the patients in the experimental group were better than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The cholecystolithiasis removed operation with laparoscope and choledochoscope can improve the prognosis and life quality of the patients. |
