PFNA治疗老年患者股骨转子间骨折32例

目的:总结股骨近端抗旋髓内针(PFNA)治疗老年患者股骨转子间骨折的临床经验,讨论其疗效。方法:2007年9月-2011年7月使用PFNA治疗老年患者闭合性股骨转子间骨折32例,手术中均使用C形臂X光机,骨科牵引床,采用闭合或切开复位固定。结果:32例患者经过(12-18)月随访,平均14.3个月,全部骨折均骨性愈合,Harris髋关节评分,30例为优良,优良率93.7%。结论:PFNA治疗老年患者股骨转子间骨折固定更稳定,是股骨转子间骨折理想的内固定方式。

The Use of PFNA in Treating Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures in Elderly Patients in 32 Case Reports

Objective:To study the rotary resistance of proximal femur intramedullary(PFNA) in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients.Methods: Between September 2007and July 2011,32 elderly patients with closed femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital were treated by using PFNA under c-arm x-ray machine and in orthopedics traction beds.The operation included closed or open reduction and fixation.Results: In the 32 patients follow-ups 12-18 months after surgery(average of 14.3 months),all patients had complete healing of their bone fractures.On the Harris hip score,93.7 % of patients(30/32) had a good rate.Conclusions: PFNA is a stable fixation in the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture fixation in elderly patients,and is an ideal way of internal fixation for intertrochanteric fractures of femur.
