综合治疗对首发精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

目的:探讨抗精神病药联合心理社会干预的综合治疗对对首发精神分裂症患者临床症状和生活质量的影响。方法:90例首发精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例患者;两组患者均予以利培酮系统治疗,观察组在药物治疗的基础上给予8周的心理干预;两组患者均随访6个月。分别于入组时及随访结束时采用阴性与阳性症状量表(PANSS)、健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)对患者进行评估。结果:入组时,两组患者PANSS、SF-36评分比较差异无显著性(P0.05);随访结束时,观察组PANSS总分及各分量表评分明显低于对照组(P0.01),SF-36各分量表评分明显高于对照组(P0.01)。结论:综合治疗对改善首发精神分裂症患者的精神症状和生活质量有积极作用。

EFFECTS OF COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT ON LIFE QUALITY OF FIRST-EPISODE SCHIZOPHRENIA PATIENTS

Objective:To investigate the effects of comprehensive treatment that combined antipsychotic drugs and psychosocial intervention on clinical symptoms and life quality of first-episode schizophrenia patients.Methods:90 first-episode schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=45).All the patients were treated with risperidone and followed up for 6 months;moreover,the patients in observation group were also given mental intervention for 8 weeks.The results were evaluated with PANSS scale and SF-36 scale respectively before treatment and at the end of follow-up.Results:Before treatment,the PANSS score and SF-36 score had no obvious differences between observation group and control group(P>0.05).At the end of follow-up,the PANSS score of patients in observation group were obviously lower than that in control group,while SF-36 score obviously higher(P<0.01).Conclusions:Comprehensive treatment has positive effects on improving mental symptoms and life quality of first-episode schizophrenia patients.
