疏血通联合依达拉奉治疗老年脑梗死疗效分析

目的探讨疏血通联合依达拉奉对老年急性脑梗死的疗效。方法将老年急性脑梗死患者98例随机分为观察组及对照组，对照组采用基础治疗加静脉滴注疏血通，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上静脉滴注依达拉奉。结果治疗后观察组有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组患者治疗后ADL和ESS评分均较治疗前升高（P〈0．01）；两组患者治疗后ADL和ESS评分比较，观察组均高于对照组（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论采用疏血通联合依达拉奉对老年急性脑梗死患者进行治疗，可明显改善临床疗效，提高生活质量。

Therapeutic effects of Shuxuetong and edaravone in treating the elderly patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Shuxuetong and edaravone in treating the elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Ninety-eight elderly patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,in which the patients in the control group received the basic treatment and intravenously guttae of Shuxuetong,while the patients in the experimental group received intravenously guttae of edaravone besides the treatment methods used in the control group.Results The clinical efficiency in the experimental group was higher than that of control group.After treatment,the ADL and the ESS scores in both groups were higher than that of the prior treatment(P<0.01).Comparing the post-treatment ADL and ESS scores in both groups,we found the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion Treating the elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction by Shuxuetong and edaravone can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and better their life quality.
