| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨泮托拉唑对应激性溃疡的治疗效果。方法:将入住ICU并发有应激性溃疡的急危重患者270例随机分成三组,分别用泮托拉唑,法莫替丁,奥美拉唑治疗。监测给药后2 d、4 d、6 d的pH值。结果:泮托拉唑同奥美拉唑组治疗有效率相近(P>0.05),并明显高于法莫替丁组(P<0.05);胃液pH值泮托拉唑组同奥美拉唑组相近(P>0.05),并明显高于法莫替丁组(P<0.05)。结论:泮托拉唑对应激性溃疡的治疗效果和奥美拉唑相似,并明显优于法莫替丁组。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of the treatment of pantoprazole in stress ulcers.Methods:270 cases of acute and chronic patients,who stayed in ICU due to complications with stress ulcer were randomly divided into three groups,i.e.,treated separately with pantoprazole,famotidine and omeprazole.and then monitored for their pH value for two,four and six days following their treatment administration.Results: The pantoprazole and omeprazole groups had the similar efficiency of the treatment,and the value of pH of their gastric juices was significantly higher than that of the famotidine group(P<0.05) Conclusion: Pantoprazole and omeprazole have similar efficiency in the treatment of stress ulcers,and is superior to famotidine. |
