四川省某医学院教职工亚健康状态调查分析

目的:了解四川省某医学院校教职工亚健康现况及其危险因素,为进一步开展教职工亚健康的预防提供依据。方法:以某医学高校的1123名教职工为研究对象,采用康乃尔医学指数(CMI)确定亚健康状态。结果:某医学高校亚健康状态发生率为66.67%,其中男性68.49%,女性63.01%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);不同工作性质亚健康状态发生率总的差异有统计学意义(p<0.01),吸烟、酗酒、睡眠不足和缺乏体育锻炼会增高亚健康状态发生率;教职工亚健康状态的主要表现疲劳、咽部有异物感等。结论:某医学院校教职工亚健康状态发生率较高,与年龄、工作性质、个人生活习惯密切相关,应采取针对性干预措施,提高教职工健康水平。

Analyzing the Subhealth Status of Teachers in a Medical College of Sichuan Province

Objective:To explore the risk factors of subhealth status in teachers and provide evidence for prevention measures.Methods: The study examined 1,123 teachers and medical staff in a local medical college,The subhealthy was assessed with CMI.Results: The total subhealth incidence was 66.67%,that of male(68.49%) was significantly higher than that of females(63.01%)(p< 0.05).The differences in incidence of subhealthy between different groups were significant(p< 0.01),Smoking、excessive drinking、lack of sleep,and physical training could increase incidence of subhealth.The most common clinical manifestations of a subhealth status was fatigue,pharyngeal foreign body sensation,and other symptoms.Conclusion: The incidence of subhealth among college teachers is high and is closely related to age,job functions,personal habits,and behavior,The relevant intervention measure should be carried out to enhance the health level of college teachers.
