合肥市儿童青少年焦虑障碍调查分析

目的:了解合肥市中小学生中儿童青少年焦虑障碍的患病率、年龄、性别分布及其相关危险因素.方法:于1999～2000年在合肥市中小学,采取分层、随机、整群抽样的方法,使用与DSM-IV配套的儿童青少年焦虑障碍半定量症状诊断量表(DIS)进行他评,共调查2161例.筛出的阳性病人,经两名主治医师抽样确诊.结果:青少年焦虑障碍患病率为10.9%;儿童焦虑障碍患病率为14.4%;共病现象占23.7%,父母神经症史、孩子对父母依赖、母孕期感冒或精神创伤、学习环境等是主要危险因素.结论:合肥市中小学生中焦虑障碍患病率较高,应该受到教育、卫生部门的注意.
