间接血凝法检测抗Sm抗体和抗RNP

应用间接血凝法测定抗Sm抗体和抗RNP抗体。对不同疾病的检测结果表明,我们建立的这种方法与免疫电泳法结果无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。对SLE病45例检测抗Sm抗体阳性率为100％,抗RNP抗体阳性率为91％。抗Sm抗体可作为SLE的特异性标志抗体,抗RNP抗体在RA,PSS,DM,MCTD病人中检出,其中MCTD病23例,抗RNP抗体阳性率高达96％,且凝集效价高,可作为此病诊断的重要依据。

A NEW METHOD OF MEASUREMENT OF SERUM ANTI-Sm ANTIBODY AND ANTI-RNP ANTIBODY OF PATIENTS WITH CONNECTIVE TISSUE DISEASES:INDIRECT HEMOAGGLUTINATION REACTION

In order to measure the anti-Sm antibody and anti-RNP antibody in the sera of patients with the connective tissue diseases, a new method-indirect hemoagglutination reaction. had been es-tabolished. It was proven that the results of this metod was not significantly different from those of the immunoelectrophoresis(PX). 05). The detected positive rate of the serum anti - Sm antibody and anti -RNP antibody of patients with systemic lupuserythmatosus(SLE) were 100% and 91% .respectively. It was suggested that anti - Sm antibody was the marker-antibody of SLE. Anti - RNP antibody had been also detected in the sera of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,dermatomsositis,processing systemic sclerosis and mixed connective tissue disease(MCTD). The positive rate of anti -RNP antibody in the sera of 23 MCTD cases reached to 96% and its agglutination litre was high. So it was considered that anti -RNP antibody was an important indicator of MCTD. Because the indirect hemoagglutination reaction was simple, quick, sensitive, and specific, it maybe replace the immunoelectrophoresis to diagnose the connective tissue diseases.
