家庭随访及心理护理干预对精神分裂症患者生活质量及遵医行为的影响

目的：探讨家庭随访及心理护理干预对精神分裂症患者生活质量及遵医行为的影响。方法：选取145例精神分裂症患者，按照随机数字表法分为两组，均给予药物治疗。对照组患者72例，给予常规基础护理和出院指导；观察组患者73例，给予家庭随访和心理护理干预。比较两组患者干预6个月后的生活质量、遵医行为和复发率。结果：观察组患者遵医行为（定期体检、按时服药、定期化验、门诊复诊、保持稳定情绪、做力所能及的事、参加社会活动）高于优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组患者QOL-100对生活质量评分明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）；观察组患者复发率为6.85％，对照组患者为27.78％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：精神分裂症患者采用家庭随访及心理护理干预，可明显改善生活质量及遵医行为，并能降低复发率。

Effects of family follow-up and psychological nursing intervention on quality of life and compliance of patients with schizophrenia

Objective：To explore effects of family follow-up and psychological nursing intervention on compliance and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia. Methods：145 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table. All patients were given medical treatment, the control group （72 cases） was given routine nursing and discharge guidance, while the observation group （73 cases） was given family follow-up and psychological nursing intervention. The compliance, quality of life, and recurrence of the two groups 6 months after the intervention were observed and compared. Results：The compliance of observation group after the intervention （ regular physical examination, regular medication, regular laboratory test, outpatient ap-pointment, stable mood, doing everything in one＆#39;s power, participating in social activities） was higher than that of control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0. 05）. The QOL-100 score of quality of life in observation group after the intervention was higher than that of control group （P〈0. 05）. The recurrence rate of observation group was 6. 85%, while that of control group was 27. 78%, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions：The family follow-up and psychological nursing in-tervention for the patients with schizophrenia can improve compliance and quality of life, and reduce the recurrence rate.
