96例肾细胞癌诊治体会

目的 探讨肾癌的诊断与治疗.方法 回顾分析96例肾癌临床资料并结合文献进行讨论.结果 96例肾癌患者均行肾癌根治术,24例术前行肾动脉造影栓塞术.随访8～110个月,生存5年以上者63例,3年和5年总生存率分别为80.2%和65.2%.2例于术后1年内死亡,病理类型1例为肾腺癌,另1例合并下腔静脉瘤栓及肺部转移.结论 B超、CT、MRI等影像学检查对于肾癌的诊断和分期具有重要意义,肾癌根治术是主要治疗方法,术前肾动脉栓塞有利于较大肿瘤手术切除.

Diagnosis and treatment of renal carcinoma (report of 96 cases)

Objective] To study the diagosis and treatment of renal cell carcinoma. Methods] Diagnosis and treatment of renal carcinoma in 96 cases were analysed retrospectively with review of the literature. Results] 96 cases underwent radical nephrectomy and 24 cases underwent renal arterial embolism first. During follow up for 8 to 110 months, 63 patients had survived over 5 years. The 3-year and 5-year overall survial rate was 80.2% and 65.2%. Conclusions] The preoperative senstitive examination for renal ceil carcinoma is uhrasonography, CT and MRI, and the optimal treatment is radical nephrectomy mainly. Biotherapy may have some advantage before surgery.
