| 摘 要： | 慢性心力衰竭患者常伴有贫血,大量的研究证实红细胞刺激生成因子及铁剂的治疗可以改善此类患者的预后,但对于部分高内源性促红细胞生成素水平,即存在促红细胞生成素抵抗的患者缺乏大规模的临床研究。红细胞分布宽度的增加和血色素的下降、炎性因子增加、铁代谢的损害存在相关性,但红细胞分布宽度在心力衰竭伴贫血患者中的诊断及治疗意义待进一步的明确。
