| 摘 要： | 心血管疾病仍是全球主要的死亡原因,它的最终结局都是心力衰竭,其共同特点是有完整舒缩功能的心肌细胞数量相对和绝对减少,受损心肌由纤维组织瘢痕修复。骨髓干细胞移植治疗在心血管疾病领域是一种很有前景的治疗手段。现针对骨髓干细胞概念、分类及在心血管疾病方面的研究进展等进行综述。

| Abstract: | Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death worldwide.The ultimate outcome of cardiac disease is heart failure,however,common features include a decrease in the complete systolic and diastolic function of the number of cardiac cells,and myocardial damage is repaired by fibrous scar tissue.The transplantation of bone marrow stem cells is a promising means of treatment for cardiovascular disease.This article reviews the use of bone marrow stem cells in cardiovascular disease research. |
