| 摘 要： | β受体阻滞剂在慢性心力衰竭治疗中的优势已被多项大型临床试验证实。近10年来,β受体阻滞剂被广泛应用于慢性心力衰竭的临床治疗,但是大量的流行病学资料显示：其使用率在欧洲及我国均较低,并且存在地区性差异,同时使用剂量与指南的推荐剂量存在明显差距。现就β受体阻滞剂的临床应用现状做一综述。

| Abstract: | The advantages of beta-blockers in the treatment for chronic heart failure（CHF） have been largely confirmed by clinical trials over the last 10 years.However,a large body of epidemiological data shows that the use of beta-blockers in Europe and China was relatively low,there were regional variations in the use of beta-blockers,and the dosages were significantly different compared to the dosage recommended in European guidelines.This article reviews the use of,and the clinical status of β-blockers. |
