| 摘 要： | 睡眠呼吸暂停综合征在慢性心力衰竭患者中高度流行;近年来的研究表明：睡眠呼吸暂停综合征可能通过多种机制影响慢性心力衰竭的进程;慢性心力衰竭又能引起或加重睡眠呼吸暂停;对合并有睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的慢性心力衰竭患者在抗心力衰竭治疗的基础上进行其他方式的治疗可进一步改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能,提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Sleep apnea syndrome(SAS) are highly prevalent in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).In recent years,a number of studies has shown that SAS can promote CHF in terms of kinds of pathogenesis and CHF can cause or exacerbate SAS.Based on the optimal treatment for CHF,some others effect therapy can futher improve the SAS and CHF patients'heart funtion and quality of life. |
