| Abstract: | AIM: To investigate whether anti-JAM-C mAb exerts a protective effect against pancreatic and systemic inflammation in mice with acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP). METHODS: A mouse model of ANP was induced by intraperitoneal injection of cerulein and lipopolysaccharide.
