| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃肠间质瘤诊治方法及预后.方法 采用病例序列报道结合文献回顾分析的方法,评价和分析9例胃肠间质瘤患者临床资料及随访结果.结果 所有患者均采取手术治疗,5例复发均已死亡.4例未复发.手术后有2例患者口服甲磺酸伊马替尼(400 mg/d).结论 胃镜、B超、CT等检查对胃肠道间质瘤定位有较大作用,CD117是胃肠...

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate treatment methods and prognostic factors of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST).MethodsThe clinical data and follow-up results of 9 patients with GIST admitted between 2004 and 2009 were analyzed retrospectively using methods of case series study and literature review.ResultsAll patients were treated with Surgery.5 patients relapsed and died,while 4 patients lived without recurrence.2 patients take imatinib after surgery(400 mg/d).ConclusionEndoscopy,B-ultrasonic,CT and other test... |
