血清CA153测定对肺癌诊断的价值

目的：探讨血清CA153对肺癌患者的诊断价值。方法：用电化学发光免疫分析仪检测185例肺癌患者CA153水平，并与肺炎组、肺结核组及正常人比较，观察其敏感度和特异度及阴性预测值。结果：肺癌组血清CA153高于肺炎组、肺结核组和正常对照组（P〈0．05）；敏感度为314．4％、特异度为91．6％、阳性预测值为74．3％、阴性预测值为63．2％。结论：CA153在肺癌患者血清中也有增高，也能作为肺癌的肿瘤标志物，如果与其它肿瘤标志联检可能提高诊断的敏感度和特异度。

Study on diagnostic value of analysis of serum CA153 in lung cancer

Objectives： To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum carbohydrate antigen 153 （CA153） in patients with lung cancer.Methods： Serum CA153 level collected from 185 cases with lung cancer were determined by electro -chemiluminescent immunoassay （ECLIA） method, compared the sensitivity, specificity and negative predictive value with pneumonia group, pulmonary tuberculosis group and control group, Results： The concertration of serum CA153 in lung cancer group were higher than those in pneumonia group, pulmonary tuberculosis group and control group; sensitivity was 31. 4%, specificity was 91. 6%, positive predictive value was 74. 3%, negative predictive value was 63. 2%. Conclusions： Serum CA153 level increased in patients with lung cancer, it may be useful as one of the tumor markers for lung cancer, the combined assay of CA153 and other tumor markers can improve the sensitivity and specificity.
