| 摘 要： | 目的 研究医学生社交焦虑的影响因素,为该群体的心理健康教育与心理干预提供依据.方法 采用分层整群抽样方法,运用社交焦虑量表(IAS)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)等量表对1 600名医学生进行心理测评.结果 高社交焦虑组(IAS评分≥49)、中社交焦虑组(48＞IAS评分＞31)与低社交焦虑组(IAS评分≤31)在人格特征、自我效能、应对方式和社会支持的不同维度比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);社交焦虑与神经质、消极应对呈正相关(P＜0.05),与内外向、积极应对、自我效能、主观支持和支持利用度呈负相关(P＜0.05).结论 应根据社交焦虑的影响因素,开展针对性的心理健康教育及预防性干预.
