多层螺旋CT胸部低剂量扫描对肺结节的鉴别诊断分析

目的 对比观察常规剂量与低剂量多层螺旋CT扫描对分析肺结节的差异,探讨多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描对检测肺结节的应用价值.方法 对60例常规CT检查发现肺结节的患者采用GE Brightspeed 16层螺旋CT扫描仪分别以常规剂量和30 mA低剂量扫描,比较不同剂量CT扫描结节的检出率,分析常规剂量和低剂量扫描影像显示结节数目、结节大小及形态特征.结果 两种扫描方案检出结节的大小、分叶征、毛刺征、空泡征、密度不均匀、钙化、胸膜凹陷等征象间差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);且两种扫描方案扫描肺结节的直径间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 30 mA低剂量与常规剂量螺旋CT扫描对肺结节的检查价值相近,但低剂量CT扫描减少了X线对人体可能造成的损伤,更适合对肺结节进行筛查、初步诊断和随访.
