| 摘 要： | 机械通气时采取肺保护性通气策略有利于急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ALI/ARDS)患者缩短机械通气时间,降低病死率,在临床中已广泛应用.但是对于非ALI/ARDS的患者是否也采取肺保护性通气策略意见并不一致.现综述近年来的研究情况,包括机械通气后氧合指标、细胞因子水平和肺组织结构等方面的变化.目前对于肺保护性通气策略是否有利于避免非ALI/ARDS患者肺损伤的发生,研究结果并不一致,尚无明确结论.
