| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨舍曲林对脑卒中后抑郁症的影响.方法 将50例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为治疗组(n=28)和对照组(n=22).对照组采用综合治疗,治疗组在综合治疗的基础上口服舍曲林治疗.应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对两组患者治疗前后进行评定.结果 治疗组应用舍曲林2、4周后HAMD评分较对照组均有明显的改善,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 舍曲林治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效显著,可提高患者的生活质量.
