| 摘 要： | 目的 对远程心电图诊断系统在社区中的应用及其检测的准确性、实用性、便捷性进行评价.方法 采用远程心电图检测202例患者,按照就诊先后随机抽取99例患者进行同时间、同地点常规的12导联心电图检测.对远程与常规心电图形的P波振幅、P波宽度等10项指标进行对比分析.结果 进行远程心电图检测的202例患者中,发现各类异常心电图107例,占52.97%.对比99例患者远程与常规心电图,除心率、P波振幅、Q-Tc指标外,P波宽度、QRS波振幅、QRS波宽度、T波振幅、T波宽度、P-R间期、Q-T间期等指标间差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 远程心电图和常规心电图的心电图形一致;远程心电图诊断系统操作简便,能方便社区患者的心电图检查和就医诊治.
