| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胺碘酮与直流电复律对风心病房颤患者的治疗作用及影响房颤转复能否转复的影响因素。方法：回顾性分析了60例风心病并房颤患者，乙胺碘肤酮与直流电复律治疗后转归情况。胺碘酮0．23次／日，7天；0．22次／日7-14天，不能转复者给予直流电150-300瓦，秒复律。结果：胺碘酮与直流电治疗后，房颤转复成功率为76．7％，无严重并发症发生。左房大小、房颤持续时间是转复能否成功的主要因素。结论：胺碘酮与直流电复律联合治疗风心病房颤是安全有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective To eveluate the effects of amiodarone integrated with cardioversion on Af in patients with rheumatic heart disease Methods 60 patients with rheumatic heart disease of Af, Which were treated by amiodarone integrated with cardioversion because of rheumatic heart disease retrospectively ,were orally given amiodarone 0 2 Tid, 7 days,0 2 Bid,7-17days Cardio Defibrillation were(100-300w s) given to those uncardioversion patients Results Aferter the treatment of amiodarone with cardioversion,the total effective rate was 76 7%;significant side effects weren't foumd The diamit of left artrial, the time of Af persistent is the main effects Conclusion It is elective and safe for amiodarone combination with cardioversion to treat of patient with Af in reumatic heart desease |
