血浆GMP－140测定对以血管病变为基础的疾病的意义

本文以血浆ａ一颗粒膜蛋白（ａ－ｇｒａｎｕｌｅｍｅｍｂｒａｎｅｐｒｏｔｅｉｎ，ＧＭＰ－１４０）为血小板活化的指标，采用双抗夹心法，固相免疫放射试验定量测定了以血管病变为基础的心血管疾病，糖尿病和肾脏病三组患者的血浆ＧＭＰ－１４０浓度，并与正常对照组比较。结果表明，各疾病组均显著高于正常对照组，（Ｐ＜０．００１），提示ＧＭＰ－１４０作为血小板活化指标，对心血管疾病，糖尿病和肾脏病的发病机制，疾病进程以及药物治疗的临床研究有重要意义。

CIinical significance of GMP - 140 inCardiovascular Disease, Diabetes Mellitusand Renal Disease

he plasma alpha -granule membrane protein(GMP- 140) as a mark of platelet activation wasdetected with immunoradioassay (IRA) in 31 pa-tients with cardiovascular disease, 64 with NID-DM , 50 with renal disease , and 20 healthy individu-als. The plasma GMP- 140 level was significantlyelevated in the three groups of the patients as com-pared with normal subjects. ( P < 0.001) . Mea-surement of activated platelet level will be benefit toexplore the pathological mechanism, forecast theprogress of the disease and estimate pharmacother-apy in cardiovascular disease, NIDDM and renaldisease.
