| 摘 要： | 西地那非是一种特异性环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)磷酸二酯酶5(PDE5)抑制剂,通过抑制第二信使cGMP的代谢,促进海绵体动脉平滑肌舒张,进而改善勃起功能障碍(ED)症状的口服药物。本文对西地那非的药代动力学、起效时间和作用维持时间等不同方面的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Sildenafil is an orally effective therapy for the treatment of men with erectile dysfunction(ED). It is a specific and selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). This paper reviews the researches on the pharmacokinetics, the onset and duration of the action of Sildenafil. |
