| 摘 要： | 目的 评价蓬安县结核病防治与新农合结合的效果,为探索在新形势下建立结核病防治管理模式提供科学依据.方法 对2007 - 2010年(与新农全结合前后)蓬安县肺结核病患者的转诊、按时查痰、规则治疗等情况进行对比分析和效果评价.结果 结核病防治与新型农村合作医疗结合,肺结核病患者转诊率提高了8.62％,转诊到位率提高了30.70％,6(8)月末按时查痰率提高30.44％,规则服药率提高了7.28％.结论 蓬安县结核病防治与新型农村合作医疗结合,对结核病的防治管理工作起到了积极的作用,结核病防治各项指标均有所提高.
