摘    要:目的 研究护生错误或习惯动作与护理技能形成的相关性,帮助学生确认护理技能形成过程中的主要行为障碍,为教师制定因人而异的教学计划提供科学依据。方法 在美学礼仪训练课程前后、基础护理技能训练前后,采用规定动进行现场演示考核,将考核结果运用统计学方法进行分析,找出护生错误或习惯动作与护理技能学习或形成的相关性。结果 护生错误或习惯动作与护理技能的形成有相关性(P〈0.05),其相关性的大小与习惯动作的纠正难度和训练时间成正比。结论 通过纠正护生错误或习惯动作对护理技能的形成和标准化有积极的促进作用,对增强护生的自信心、减轻心理压力有非常重要的作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between nurse students' mistakes or habitual action and nursing technical development,so as to help students acknowledge the main behavior obstacles in the nursing technical developmental process,and to provide an evidence basis for designing teaching plan for teachers.Methods Before and after esthetics rite training course and basic nursing technical training,performances were assigned to the students and were tested by teachers.The results were analyzed statistically to find out the correlationship between nurse students' mistakes or habitual action and nursing technical development.Results Students' mistakes or habitual action and nursing technical development were correlated(P<0.05).It was positively correlated with the degree of difficulty for correction and the time for training.Conclusion Correcting nurse students' mistakes or habitual action could improve the development and standardization of nursing skills.It is important in enhancing students' self-confidence and alleviating students' psychological stress.
