医学模拟教育结合PBL在八年制妇产科临床见习中的应用研究

目的了解医学模拟教育结合PBL在八年制妇产科临床见习中的教学效果。方法将27名学生分为两组,实验组临床见习采用医学模拟教育结合PBL的教学模式,对照组采用单纯临床见习带教模式,应用理论考试、临床技能操作考核、课后问卷调查方式来评估课堂教学效果。结果两组基本理论成绩差异无统计学意义,但临床病案分析、实践技能考核及总成绩实验组明显高于对照组;课后问卷调查教学效果满意率实验组高于对照组。结论医学模拟教育结合PBL在八年制妇产科临床见习中的应用,可以提高学生临床操作能力及临床思维能力,为培养高素质的医学人才打下坚实的基础。

An Application Research of Simulation Teaching and PBL in Clinical Noviciate of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Objective To discuss the effect of simulation teaching and PBL in clinical novitiate teaching of 8-year program medical students in obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods Twenty-seven students were randomly divided into two groups:trial group(simulation teaching and PBL) and control group(traditional teaching).The teaching effects were evaluated by theoretical exams,examination of clinical skills and questionnaire investigation.Results The results showed that there was no significant difference in theoretical score between two groups,but the students in trial group had an obviously higher score in clinical case analysis,clinical skills,and total score.The students exhibited greater satisfication to the teaching methods of simulation teaching and PBL.Conclusion The application of simulation teaching and PBL in clinical noviciate of obstetrics and gynecology can help students improve their capabilities of clinical thoughts and clinical techniques,which can play a solid foundation for the cultivation of high-quality medical talents.
