龈下楔状缺损充填对糖尿病患者牙周状况的影响

目的探讨龈下充填治疗对糖尿病患者牙周状况的影响。方法选择因龈下楔状缺损就诊的患者137例,糖尿病组67例,非糖尿病组70例。所有患者经常规牙周基础治疗后楔状缺损用复合树脂充填。比较2组患者在楔状缺损充填治疗前、治疗后12个月的牙龈指数（gingival index,GI）、口腔菌斑指数（plaque index,PLI）和牙周探诊深度（probing depth,PD）变化。结果治疗后12个月,糖尿病组GI、PLI、PD分别为0.48±0.68、1.30±0.89、（2.56±0.53）mm,非糖尿病组分别为0.46±0.60、1.21±0.91、（2.49±0.55）mm,2组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,2组患者治疗前后GI、PLI、PD差异亦无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论良好的牙周基础治疗,完善的复合树脂充填颈部龈下楔状缺损对糖尿病患者的牙周状况无不良影响。

Resin Filling Repair Wedge-shaped Defect on the Periodontal Status of Patients with Diabetes

Objective To investigate the influence of subgingival filling of wedge-shaped defects on the periodontal status of the diabetic patients.Methods In total 137 patients with wedge-shaped defects in the teeth were recruited,including 67 type Ⅱ diabetics.Basic periodontal treatments were performed on all patients.Following that,the wedge-shaped defects were restored with composite resin.The periodontal indexes,including Gingival Index （GI）,Plaque Index （PLI） and Probing Depth （PD）,were recorded before and 6 months,12 months after restoration.Results No sta-tistical difference on the periodontal indexes were shown between the o patients and non-patients.Conclusion With ideally basic periodontal therapy,sophisticated restoration of wedge-shaped defects with composite resin will not draw adverse effect on the periodontal health in the diabetic patients.
