| 摘 要： | 目的观察脉洛宁联合血塞通治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法随机选择20例急性脑梗死患者作为脉络宁与血塞通联合治疗组,20例急性脑梗死患者作为对照组单独使用脉络宁治疗,治疗前后进行临床疗效判定,并比较2组的疗效。结果2组治疗急性脑梗死的总有效率并无显著差异性,但脉络宁与血塞通联合治疗组治疗急性脑梗死的基本治愈率加显效率明显高于单独脉络宁治疗组。结论脉络宁与血塞通联用可显著改善神经功能缺损,提高生存质量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effects of Mailuoning combined with Xuesaitong in treating acute Cerebral infarction.METHODS 40 cases of acute Cerebral infarction were divided into two group:20 cases in the treating group with use of Mailuoning and Xuesaitong,20 cases in the control group with use of Mailuoning only. And compare the clinical effects of the treating group and the control group. RESULTS The total therapeutic efficacy in two groups were no significantly differences,but the cure rate and notable efficiency in the treating group were notably higher than control group(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS Mailuoning combined with Xuesaitong in treating acute Cerebral infarction could reduce damage of cerebral cells,the therapeutic efficacy was obviously,can be worthly used in clinical. |
