福辛普利与氨氯地平对高血压病患者肾功能的影响

目的 :探讨福辛普利与氨氯地平治疗高血压病患者对肾功能的影响。方法 :6 4例轻、中度高血压病患者 ,经过 1周安慰剂治疗后随机分为两组 :福辛普利组及氨氯地平组 ,疗程 1 2周 ,观察治疗前后肾功能指标变化。结果 :( 1 )治疗后血压及尿蛋白排泄量两组均明显下降 (与治疗前比P <0 0 1 ) ,两组之间无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。 ( 2 )治疗后肾小球滤过率在福辛普利组明显增高 (与治疗前比P <0 0 5 ) ,而氨氯地平组无显著变化 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :福辛普利与氨氯地平对轻中度高血压病患者肾功能均有保护作用 ,福辛普利作用尤为明显

Effect of Monopril and Norvasc to the Renal Function of Hypertension Patient

Objective:To discuss the effect of monopril and norvasc to the renal function of hypertension patient.Methods:64 cases of slight and moderate hypertension patients were divided randomly into two groups after placebo taken for 1 week:monopril group and norvasc group.The renal function changes were observed before and after treatment for 12 weeks.Results:The blood pressure and urine protein decreased obviously after treatment in both groups and there was no difference between two groups.The GFR in monopril group increased more significantly than that in norvasc group.Conclusions:Both drugs had protective function for kidney in slight and moderate hypertension patient especially obvious effect due to monopril.
