| 摘 要： | 目的：了解吸烟对住院长期服用抗精神病药物的精神分裂症病人出现锥外系副作用的影响。方法：样本共２８８例，分为吸烟与非吸烟两组。结果：两组间ＡＩＭＳ总分析和Ｓａｍｐｓｏｎ量表及量表主要单项分均无显著差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。相关分析结果显示，每日吸烟量与ＡＩＭＳ总分和Ｓａｍｐｓｏｎ量表总分及主要单项分无显著相关（Ｐ〉０．０５），而吸烟时间与ＡＩＭＳ总分和Ｓａｍｐｓｏｎ量表总分及主要单项分呈显著相关（Ｐ〈０

| Abstract: | Objectives: To investigate the influence of smoking on EPS among schizophrenic inpa-tients who chronically use antipsychotic medication. Method: 288 cases were divided into two groups, smoker and nonsmoker. Results: There are no significant differences on AIMS total score, Sampson main item score and total score between two groups (P>0. 05), There are no significant relations between the dose of smoke and the scores of AIMS and Sampson (P>0. 05), but the time of smoke is significantly related to the scores of AIMS and Sampson (P<0. 05). Conclusion; The severity of EPS is related to term of smoke. There is no significant relation between dose of smoking and EPS. |
