摘    要:目的观察严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)康复期患者心脏结构和功能的变化情况,以探讨SARS对心脏的远期影响.方法应用彩色多普勒超声心动图,测量62例SARS治愈1年以上患者与40例年龄匹配的正常对照组的左室内径、室壁厚度、左室收缩和舒张功能.结果 SARS治愈患者的左室内径、室壁厚度、左室舒张功能与正常对照组比较没有差异,左室收缩功能不低于正常人.结论康复期的SARS患者,左室结构和功能没有受到损害.

Abstract:Objective To determine the changes of cardiac structure and function in patients with SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) cured more than 1 year. Methods Sixty-two cases of cured SARS patients and 40 cases of age matched controls were examined by echocardiography,including systolic and diastolic function, diameter of left ventricle. Results There were no differences between cured SARS patients and controls in left ventricular structure and systolic and diastolic function. Conclusion The structure and function of left ventricle in cured SARS patients are not injured.
