| 摘 要： | 为评估经直肠腔内超声诊断前列腺增生的价值。方法：ＴＲＵＳ检查３０３例ＢＰＨ。结果：ＴＲＵＳ可清楚显示前列腺内部结构，内外腺大小及比例。结论前列腺增大，尤其内腺增大，出现增生结节，是诊断ＢＰＨ的重要指征。

| Abstract: | To evaluated a value eftransrectalultrasonography (TRUS) in diagnosis of benign prostatic hypertrophy ( BPH) . Methods: 303 patients of BPH were examined. Results TRUS can show internal structure, inner or outer gland and size of the prostatic gland. Conclusion: it is important that the prostatic diameter increased, inner gland enlarged and developed nodules in diagnosis of BPH. |
