| 摘 要： | 在五华县榕树村进行华支睾吸虫病和肠道线虫病防治试点研究。１９９０年防治前华支睾吸虫感染率２９．４％，经用吡喹酮对感染者进行治疗，每年复查复治１次，１９９１年华支睾吸虫感染率下降至１３．９％，１９９２年下降至８．７％，与１９９０年相比下降了７０．４％。钩虫或鞭虫感染者经用阿苯达唑治疗，单纯蛔虫感染者用噻嘧啶治疗，钩虫、蛔虫和鞭虫感染率１９９２年比１９９０年分别下降７０．０％、３７．１％和１２．２％。说明在目前情况下，对华支睾吸虫病及钩虫病，采取反复查治仍不失为一项可行的防治措施。

EFFECT OF REPEATED EXAMINATION AND TREATMENT FOR CLONORCHIS,HOOKWORM,ASCARIS AND TRICHURIS INFECTION CONTROL |

| Abstract: | Control measures for Clonorchis sinensis,Hookworm,Ascaris and Trichuris infec-tions were employed in a village of Wuhua county,Guangdong Province from 1990 to 1992.Theinfection rate of Clonorchis was 29.4?fore control in 1990.All the cases of Clonorchiasis weretreated with praziquantel(100 mg/kg)Re-examinations showed that the infection rate ofClonorchis dropped to 13.9%in 1991 ,and 8.7%in 1992. The infection rates of Hookworm,As-caris and Trichuris were 6.0%,49.8%and 9.8%respectively in 1990. After treatment with Al-bendazole 400mg for 2 days for Hookworm and Trichuris infections and Pyrentel pamoate(10mg/kg) for 2 days for Ascaris infection yearly,the infection rates dropped to 1.8%,31.3%and 8.6%in 1992 respectively. It was demonstrated that repeated stool examination and treatment ofpatients are the good measures for Clonorchis and Hookworm infection control in a certain area. |
