关于开展日间手术的实践和探讨

目的：探索开展日间手术的临床应用价值。方法：通过回顾分析上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院两年多来开展日间手术实践,选择白内障＂超声乳化＋晶体植入＂术、无痛人流术、输尿管镜下碎石术、乳房肿块切除术、声带息肉摘除术、内痔解剖剥脱术等病种与非日间手术进行人均住院天数、人均住院费用、床位周转率等方面比较。结果：日间手术患者平均住院天数明显缩短,人均住院费用明显下降,床位周转率明显提高。结论：开展日间手术可明显缩短人均住院天数、减少人均住院费用、增加床位周转率,是解决当前＂看病难、看病贵＂的一条非常有效的途径。

Practice and discussion of day surgery

Objectives：To explore clinical application value of day surgery.Methods： By reviewing the practice of day surgery in Affiliated Xinhua Hospital in the past two years,the average length of stay,average discharge expenditure and turnover rate in diseases of ＂lens implantation phacoemulsification＂ cataract surgery,painless abortion,ureteroscopic lithotripsy,breast lumpectomy,excision of vocal cord polyps,internal hemorrhoids anatomy endarterectomy between day surgery and non-day surgeries were compared.Results： It is shown that average length of stay is substantially shortened,average discharge expenditure is reduced and turnover rate is significantly increased.Conclusions： Day surgery could shorten average length of stay,reduce average discharge expenditure and increase turnover rate.It is an effective way to solve the problem of ＂difficult and expensive to seek medical treatment＂.
