血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与缺血性脑血管的相关性研究

目的 研究脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸( homocysteine, Hcy)水平的变化,观察同型半胱氨酸在脑梗死各亚型之间的差异及与其他传统危险因素的关系.方法 对220例脑梗死患者利用高效液相色谱荧光法,测定血浆Hcy水平,并进行比较及相关分析.结果 脑梗死患者中高同型半胱氨酸血症与肌酐水平呈正相关,与性别、年龄、血脂水平、凝血时间、纤维蛋白原及尿酸水平无显著相关性,与脑梗死的OSCP分型无关.结论 脑梗死患者中高同型半胱氨酸血症与肌酐水平呈正相关,与脑梗死的传统危险因素无关.

Correlative study on the levels of plasma homocysteine and ischemic cerebrovascular disease
