中药内服、外治坐浴联合按摩法治疗慢性前列腺炎60例效果观察与护理

目的：探讨中药内服、外治坐浴联合按摩法治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床效果。方法：将118例慢性前列腺炎患者按照治疗的先后顺序将患者分为中药内服、外治坐浴联合按摩组（下称观察组）60例和口服西药、热水坐浴组（下称对照组）58例，对照组口服氧氟沙星胶囊0．2g，3次／d，治疗期间每晚热水坐浴1次，30min，每周前列腺按摩1次；观察组不口服氧氟沙星，只在每周按摩1次的基础上加中药口服和中药外治坐浴。两组均治疗3周为1个疗程，均治疗2个疗程后观察疗效并进行统计处理。结果：观察组与对照组总有效率分别为100％、84．4％，P〈0．05。结论：中药内服、外治坐浴联合按摩法治疗慢性前列腺炎，疗效确切，给予有效的护理指导，将促进患者病情康复。
