相邻三县区丙型肝炎病毒感染状况分析

目的：通过分析观察相邻三县区（沾化县、利津县及河口区）研究对象血清丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）抗体的检测结果，了解丙型肝炎感染状况，为该地区临床防治工作提供依据。方法：对26558例就诊患者和健康体检者进行抗HCV检测，抗HCV检测采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）。结果：检出抗HCV阳性者752例，阳性率为2.83%，其中男性为3.10%、女性为2.42%，男性显著高于女性（P＜0.01）。各年龄组中，以老年组阳性率最高（3.38%）。752例抗HCV阳性者既往有手术史（251例，33.38%）、血液透析史（137例，18.22%）及输血或血制品史（61例，8.11%）的人群为本地区的高危人群，173例（23.01%）感染HCV者原因不明。结论：该地区HCV的感染率较高，既往有手术史、血液透析史及输血或血制品史的人群为高危人群，原因不明的隐性感染者的发生率较高。

Adjacent three counties hepatitis c virus infection status analysis

Objective：Adjacent three counties by analyzing observation study of HCV antibody test results, to understand hepatitis c infection status, provide the basis for clinical prevention and treatment work in the region. Methods：In 26558 cases of hospitalized patients and the healthy check-up of anti HCV detection and anti HCV detection by ELISA.Results：752 cases detected HCV positive resistance, positive rate was 2.83%, 3.10% of men and women was 2.42%, the female is significantly higher than male （P〈0.01）. In every age group, elderly group were the highest （3.38%）. 752 cases of anti HCV positive always has a history of surgery （251 cases, 33.38%）, the blood dialysis history （137 cases, 18.22%） and the history of blood transfusion or blood products （61 cases, 8.11%） population of high-risk groups in the region, 173 cases （23.01%） reason unknown people infected with HCV.Conclusions：The region of HCV infection rate is high, has a history of surgery and the history of hemodialysis and the history of blood transfusion or blood products for high-risk groups, a high incidence of unexplained recessive infections.
