不同剂量的优甲乐对131I治疗后早发甲减的影响分析

目的：不同剂量的优甲乐（L-T4）对131I治疗甲亢后早发甲减的影响。方法：218例Graves病患者，按照随机分组分为3组，A组69例，单纯给予131I治疗作为对照组；B组78例，131I治疗后21天起用L-T425ug/d连续治疗20天；C组71例，131I治疗后21天起用L-T4100ug/d连续治疗20天；通过测定甲功观察131I治疗后早发甲减发生率及首次甲亢治愈率。结果：131I治疗后3月、6月、12月甲减的发生率及首次甲亢的治愈率A组分别为8.72%、12.33%、20.28%，81.16%；B组分别为4.29%、5.49%、7.69%、76.92%；C组分别为4.37%、5.02%、7.04%、61.97%。结论：小剂量的优甲乐能降低131I治疗后早发甲减的发生率，同时甲亢的治愈率又不下降。

Affect analysis of different doses Euthyrox to early hypothyroidism ofter 131I treatment

Objective：to study the impact of interference on the 131I treatment used to treat hyperthyrosis through different does of Euthyrox （L-T4 ）on the early hypothyroidism. Methods：to divide the 218 samples of Graves disease patients into 3 random groups. Group A contained 69 samples, compared with the control group only treated by 131I;Group B had 78 samples, using 131I I for the first 21 day and L-T4 25ug/d for the next successive 20 days;Group C had 71 samples, using L-T4 100ug/d for a successive 20 days after the treatment in 131I for 21 days;The early hypothyroidism rate and the cure rate of hyperthyrosis were observed by measurement of thyroid function. Results：the early hypothyroidism rate and the cure rate of hyperthyrosis of group A after 3, 6, 12 months treated by 131I were 8.72%, 12.33%, 20.28%, and 81.16%respectively. Group B was 4.29%, 5.49%, 7.69%, and 76.92%. Group C was 4.37%, 5.02%, 7.04%, and 61.97%. Conclusions：smal does of Euthyrox could reduce the early hypothyroidism rate after using 131I I, and would not reduce the cure rate of hyperthyrosis.
