| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨先天性肠旋转不良的有效诊断方法,以提高早期确诊率.方法:36例先天性肠旋转不良患者通过联合腹部立位片、消化道造影、钡剂灌肠、CT检查.结果:36例先天性肠旋转不良患者在术前均得到确诊.结论:联合腹部立位片、消化道造影、钡剂灌肠、CT检查是提高先天性肠旋转不良诊断的有效方法.
