结肠炎使用珍黄液保留灌肠的护理

目的 探讨治疗和护理慢性溃疡性结肠炎的有效途径.方法 收集我科2004年1月～2006年10月已确诊慢性溃疡性结肠炎并在我科分别采用珍黄液保留灌肠治疗(观察组)和0.2%灭滴灵保留灌肠治疗(对照组)的病例共67例进行回顾性研究,进行疗效对比.结果 观察组疗效有效率为97.14%,对照组为78.13%,经统计学处理P＜0.01.结论 结果提示观察组疗效优于对照组具有统计学意义.珍黄液保留灌肠效果较好、价格低廉,是值得在临床推广的治疗方法.另外,优质的护理操作技巧和有针对性的健康教育是提高疗效的重要影响因素.

Colitis Use Zhenhuang Fluid Retention Enema Care

Another,Quality of care techniques and targeted health education is important effect of influencing factors. Enema liquid temperature control,timing of the enema,anal type and the correct choice of materials,as well as patients with the eating and lifestyle habits and psychologi-cal care for the same therapeutic effect of an important facilitating role. Zhen Huang liquid ingredients for Chinese medicine and application has not yet been found adverse reactions.Therefore,the method is in clinical use.
