| 摘 要： | 碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)是近年来研究较为热门的生物因子,为具有多种功能的多肽生长因子,能广泛促进来源于中胚层及神经外胚层细胞的增殖,是体内重要的创伤愈合因子之一。bFGF有主动诱导分化和加速生长作用,可以促进牙周膜成纤维细胞的分化和增殖,促进牙周组织的修复和再生。

| Abstract: | Basic fibroblast growth factor（bFGF） is recently one of the most popular biological factors ir the research, which is one of wound healing factors in endosomatie body possessing fuctional growth factors, generally advancing ceils from mesoblast and neural ectoderm generation, bFGF has effects of initiative induction and accelerated growth which can improve hyperplasy and differentiation of periodontal ligament fibroblasts, advance recovery and regeneration of perlodontium. |
