摘    要:目的观察抗疏健骨颗粒对骨质疏松模型大鼠降钙素和骨钙素的影响,探讨抗疏健骨颗粒防治骨质疏松症的作用机理。方法使用不同剂量的抗疏健骨颗粒对骨质疏松大鼠进行治疗,并与正常组、模型组、双磷酸盐组进行对比。采用放射免疫分析法测定各组大鼠外周血清中降钙素、骨钙素的含量。结果抗疏健骨颗粒各剂量组可使骨质疏松大鼠血清CT、BGP含量增加,与模型组相比,有显著性意义(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。结论CT、BGP含量增加是抗疏健骨颗粒防治糖皮质激素致骨质疏松症的机理之一。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of Kang Shu Jian Gu granules on calcitonin and osteocalcin in rats with experimental osteoporosis, and to probe the mechanism of Kang Shu Jian Gu granules in preventing and treating osteoporosis. Methods Osteoporostic SD rats caused by glucocorticoid were treated with Kang Shu Jian Gu granules of different doses, and were compared with normal group, model group and diphosphonate. The contents of calcitonin and osteocalcin in serum of each group were determined with radioimmunoassay. Results Kang Shu Jian Gu granules could increase the content of serum CT and BGP in osteoporostic rats. It had obvious significant compared with the model group ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The improvement of the content of CT and BGT is one of Kang Shu Jian Gu granules'mechanisms for preventing and treating osteoporosis.
