摘    要:目的:探讨集中式健康教育对患者和家属疾病知识和行为的影响。方法:定期对患者(420例)和家属(316名)进行集中式健康教育,内容包括术前、术后护理知识及实践指导,采用自制问卷对接受集中式健康教育患者和家属进行调查。结果:420例患者中,97.62%喜欢集中式健康教育形式,对疾病相关知识表示了解者由9.05%增加至95.71%;316名家属中,对疾病相关知识表示了解者由6.01%增加至92.41%。根据健康教育所传授的康复知识与技能,90.95%的患者听课后有主动性康复锻炼。结论:实施患者集中式健康教育,能提高患者及家属对相关疾病知识的求知欲望及配合治疗、护理的积极性,效果显著。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the impact of the centralized health education on the understanding of disease-related knowledge and behavior of patients and their family members.Methods: The regular centralized health education was given to patients(n=420) and family members(n=316),including the instruction of preoperative and postoperative nursing knowledge and practice guidance,and the self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the patients and their families.Results: 97.62% of 420 patients liked centralized health education mode,the percentage of patients who gradually understood the disease-related knowledge increased from 9.05% to 95.71%;the percentage of 316 family members who understood disease-related knowledge increased from 6.01% to 92.41%.90.95% of the patients started active rehabilitation exercise after health education.Conclusion: The implementation of centralized health education can improve the appetite of the patients and their family members for the disease-related knowledge and the initiative of cooperation in the treatment and nursing care.
