首发乳腺癌置入PICC化疗并实施系统性健康教育对患者化疗依从性的影响

目的:探讨首发乳腺癌置入PICC化疗并实施系统性健康教育对患者化疗依从性的影响。方法:根据化疗输液途径不同将110例乳腺癌患者随机分为观察组56例和对照组54例。观察组置入PICC进行化疗并实施系统性健康教育,对照组采用外周静脉穿刺化疗并实施传统健康教育。比较两组患者化疗依从性、对化疗相关知识的知晓度、化疗不良反应认知与应对、护士满意度。结果:观察组患者化疗依从性、对化疗相关知识的知晓度、化疗不良反应认知与应对、护士满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对首发乳腺癌患者置入PICC化疗并实施系统性健康教育能显著提高其化疗依从性,保证化疗顺利完成,从而提高其生活质量。

Impact of PICC chemotherapy and implementation of systematic health education on the compliance of breast cancer patients

Objective: To explore the impact of PICC chemotherapy and implementation of systematic health education on the compliance of breast cancer patients.Methods: 110 breast cancer patients were randomly divided into an observation group(n=56) and a control group(n=54) according to the different ways of infusion chemotherapy.The patients in the observation group were given PICC chemotherapy and systematic health education;the patients in the control group were given chemotherapy via peripheral venous puncture and traditional health education.The patient compliance,grasp of chemotherapy-related knowledge,cognition and coping with adverse reaction of chemotherapy and satisfaction with nurses were compared between the two groups.Results: The patient compliance,grasp of chemotherapy-related knowledge,cognition and coping with adverse reaction of chemotherapy and satisfaction with nurses were better in the observation group than the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion: PICC chemotherapy and systematic health education can significantly improve the compliance of breast cancer patients and ensure the successful completion of chemotherapy so as to improve their quality of life.
