| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨层级管理在外科护理中的应用效果.方法:选择本院外科病区全体护士16名,根据护士的综合能力分层级,对其实施分层级管理方法,比较实施护士分层级管理前(2008年12月~2009年12月)、后(2010年1月~2011年1月)外科病区护理质量和患者对护理服务满意度.结果:实施层级管理后,各项护理服务质量指标与患者对护理服务满意度均高于实施前(P＜0.05).结论:层级管理能提高护理质量,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,是一种切实可行的人性化护理管理方式.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of hierarchical management to nursing care in the department of surgery.Methods:16 nurses working in the department of surgery in our hospital were selected from January 2010 to January 2011.The nurses were classified into different grades according to their comprehensive ability and they were managed by hierarchical management method.The quality of nursing care and patient contentment with nursing service were compared one year before and after implementation of hierarchical management.Results:The quality of nursing care and patient contentment with nursing service were better and higher after implementation of hierarchical management than those before its implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hierarchical management can improve the quality of nursing care and patient contentment with nursing service,and it is one of feasible humanistic nursing management modes. |
