护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的影响

目的:探讨护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的影响.方法:将180例COPD患者随机分为观察组和对照组各90例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上加强病房环境管理、心理护理、吸痰护理、人工气道护理及口腔护理等护理干预.对两组临床疗效及遵医情况进行统计比较.结果:观察组临床疗效及遵医情况均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:护理干预对提高COPD患者的治疗效果有重要意义,值得临床推广应用.

Effect of nursing intervention on patients with COPD

Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods: 180 patients with COPD were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(90 cases in each group).The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the comprehensive nursing intervention was additionally implemented in the observation group,including ward environmental management,psychological care,sputum sucking nursing,nursing care of artificial airway and oral cavity.The effective rate of treatment and patient compliance were statistically processed and compared between the two groups.Results: The effective rate of treatment and patient compliance were higher and better in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Nursing intervention can effectively improve the effective rate in the treatment of patients with COPD.
