自制清肠合剂灌肠对腹部术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响

目的:探讨自制清肠合剂灌肠对腹部术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响.方法:将50例腹部术后患者随机分为治疗组30例与对照组20例,两组均给予西医常规恢复治疗,治疗组在此基础上待患者术后6 h生命体征稳定时给予自制清肠合剂保留灌肠.观察、比较两组腹部术后首次肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间及并发症发生率.结果:治疗组腹部术后首次肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间均较对照组提前(P＜0.05),而术后并发症发生率较对照组降低(P＜0.05).结论:自制清肠合剂保留灌肠能促进腹部术后患者胃肠功能的恢复,效果显著.

Effect of enema with self-made Qingchang mixture on postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients with abdominal surgery

Objective:To investigate the effect of enema with self-made Qingchang mixture on postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients with abdominal surgery.Methods:50 patients who had received abdominal operation were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=30) and a control group(n=20).The patients in both groups were given conventional rehabilitation therapy of western medicine.The patients in the treatment group were additionally given retention enema with self-made Qingchang mixture when patients’ vital signs were stable in 6 hours after operation.The restoring time of the first bowel sound,first exhaustion and first defecation after operation and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The restoring time of the first bowel sound,first exhaustion and first defecation after operation was earlier in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The retention enema with self-made Qingchang mixture can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of the patients after abdominal operation.
